MAYANA® 75% Dark Chocolate is made with local maple sugar produced in small batches in Purple Valley, South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. The powder design makes it easy to dissolve and to melt for any chocolate recipe.

*Use it as a 1:1 replacement for cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
